Trecage understands that carpets come in a variety of sizes and require careful transportation protection. Therefore, our logistics process prioritizes "safe delivery and controlled delivery times" to ensure every carpet arrives intact and on time. Below are detailed logistics rules:
1. Shipping Method and Fee Details
Shipping Type:
Standard Shipping
Cost per order: $5.99 USD, Estimated delivery time within the U.S.: 5-7 business days. Key Advantage: Excellent value for money, suitable for non-urgent needs. All carpets are packaged in moisture-proof and scratch-resistant packaging.
VIP Shipping
Cost per order: $15.99 USD, Estimated delivery time within the U.S.: 2-3 business days. Key Advantage:
Priority shipping channel, suitable for urgent needs (such as moving in, holiday decorations). Packaging is upgraded to thicker, moisture-proof material.

Free Shipping Policy

Eligibility: All orders within the United States with a single payment of $39.99 (excluding taxes) or more automatically receive free shipping. No coupons or other additional requirements are required.

Upgrade Instructions: If you qualify for free shipping but need VIP shipping, you only need to pay the difference between VIP and standard shipping (i.e., $15.99 - $5.99 = $10) to enjoy faster delivery and upgraded packaging.

Tracking and Security

Tracking: After your order is shipped, we will immediately send a tracking email to the email address you provide. This email will contain a unique tracking number and a tracking link with the shipping company (e.g., USPS, FedEx). You can check the progress of your order in two ways: log in to your Trecage account and click on the order in "My Orders"; or copy the tracking number and visit the shipping company's website to check the status. Packaging and Protection: We use customized packaging for rugs of different sizes. Small rugs are packaged in moisture-proof plastic bags and cardboard boxes, while large rugs are rolled and enclosed in thick, moisture-proof cloth bags and cardboard tubes to prevent moisture, scratches, and deformation during transportation.

Exception Handling: If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of shipment, or if there is no updated shipping information for more than 48 hours, please contact us immediately at service@trecage.com. If you discover that your rug is damp, damaged, or stained after receiving the package, please take a photo and contact customer service within 24 hours. We will resend it free of charge or issue a refund.

Special Scenario Instructions

Remote Areas: Due to the complex logistics process, delivery to remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 1-2 business days. Shipping costs will remain the same as above, and packaging and protection standards remain unchanged. The specific delivery time is subject to the actual arrangements of the logistics provider. Holiday Impact: In the event of a US public holiday (such as Independence Day or after Black Friday), delivery may experience short-term delays. We will post a "Holiday Logistics Adjustment Notice" on our website homepage 3-5 days in advance to clearly inform you of any changes in delivery times. We recommend that you time your order accordingly to avoid delays.
Oversized Carpets: If your order exceeds 200cm x 300cm, we may require an additional business day for stocking. Please refer to the order confirmation email for details. Shipping costs will remain the same as above.
